Allen Edmonds McAllister Wingtip Oxford Leather Mens Shoes (US 9 3E)

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jojomu85. Loved it, but unfortunately a bit too small for me. Outsole is in okay condition but heels will probably need to be replaced sooner rather than later. The last picture shows the heels, there is a bit of separation between the outer layer of the heel and the next layer but they are still wearable. I think it might be a topy that was applied improperly or perhaps a factory second? Cannot confirm for sure. Feel free to ask questions and offer. Thank you!
