Allique Silver Chain Bracelet Avant-Garde Fetish

I don’t have much info on this but apparently it was purchased in a very expensive NYC boutique. It has been in a box for at least five years. The chains are too heavy for the bracelet hinge and it falls off easily. Therefore it would be ideal for a jewelry maker to reuse the chains or maybe forge something to the hinges to make it stronger. There are no stamps but it has zero tarnishing. I have researched the Allique name on the box, a Dutch luxury shoe company but not entirely sure if the box is the same brand as the bracelet. The box has started to come apart at hinges as well. Unisex. Bracelet: 7” circumference inside. Longest chain: 35”
