Almost Famous black cargo pants size small

Size small, measurements in the photos. They sadly don’t fit me anymore. The waistband has stretch, I tried to take a measurement of it stretched to. I think jt would fit a size 0-4 best. I’m a size 6/8 and they’re just a bit too snug.
