hi - so sorry you experienced this. I was also interested in buying this bracelet. You should try contacting Poshmark I believe they have a policy against such case!

@alexandraduret Unfortunately I was away and the bracelet was automatically accepted. Seller was notified and when I tried to do the claim, it couldn’t be done as it was accepted I lost near $100 on a piece that looks a cheap metal. There is absolutely no way the seller didn’t notice what was so evident. But she choose $$ over integrity.
