It’s a natural foot bed that allows your feet to move naturally, zero drop and with goretex to help with puddles and rain. Size is a 43 in euro women’s 11. I find the fit similar to 10.5 and reviews recommend a 1/2 size up in this shoe from other altras. Would likely fit a man who wears 42.5-43 euro as well. They’re grey leather with mesh lining.
