Unique blouse with sheer 3/4 sleeves, ruffles extending and widening along the placket to a mid-point and accentuated with gold tube beads and black faceted beads, 2 layers of ruffles along the rounded front hem. There are also small flat black sequins that glimmer with movement. The blouse would look great paired with a pencil skirt for the office, or with jeans on more casual days. Excellent pre-owned condition. Please note that some of the sequins are missing and faint spots where they were positioned are visible as illustrated in the last photo (not all missing sequins are identified). This does not distract from the appearance of the blouse. Measurements are shown in the photos, taken laying flat. The care tag has been removed but gentle care is recommended.
