Ahhh - my FAVOURITE skirt! I cannot believe I have to part with this beauty, but I cannot fit into her post-partum. She is in GREAT condition, minus the very small chocolate stains that the pictures will show. Dry cleaning will take of that. There is a side zip closure with a little button flap. So sorry it has taken some time to get to you - being a new mom is hectic! :) I will give you the exact measurements tomorrow, but from experience I can tell you that it is the updated measurements. I had previously bought a small in another skirt on Poshmark that was American Apparel and it ran smaller than this skirt (which is also a small). This skirt was also purchased right before American Apparel moved to Amazon for shipping.
