American Apparel high waisted circle skirt - navy blue

I loved these skirts! Circa 2010 - these spandex skirts have lots of stretch, can be worn as a top and the waist band can be folded down. Figure skater circle style. Very flattering. Has a sort of caviar finish. Navy blue.
