American Apparel tie-die swing tunic / dress

Stretch cotton tie-die piece that can work as a tunic over leggings or as a very short dress. The arm holes are fairly low-cut at the sides. Has one small run in the fabric on the chest, as shown. Has been worn and washed a fair bit but still some life in it.
