American Eagle Blue Plaid Ruffle Mini Dress, size 4

Little black and blue plaid mini dress with black mesh ruffle details. Zips up the back, strapless styling, fully lined. Excellent preloved condition. A little bit of light pilling in some areas, mostly on the back, and a bit at the sides of the bodice where arms would rub. Also a very small stain on the front side of the skirt, see photo where I am pointing. Not very noticeable, and could probably come out easily with some TLC! Could make a great dress for a 90s party! Measurements in photos. Fabric does not have stretch!
