American Eagle Faux Suede Button Front Skirt

This American Eagle skirt is super cute! It's made out of what looks like suede but is actually a soft polyester material. It buttons down the front with gunmetal snap buttons and has a scalloped hem. It's in good condition but the buttons have slight wear and there is another spot of wear on the back. It's labelled a women's size 2 and fits me well as a 26" waist.
