GUC. Besides a couple of scuffs these are in perfect shape. They could look brand new after a cleaning, but I do not have the supplies to clean shoes. I find these super funky! And I wish I could pull them off. They put a fun spin on a business casual outfit. Zippers are in great condition. I think they may fit a tad small.
