Stylish green and blue plaid dress by American Eagle. It is 2 layers with the inside white cotton and the outside blue plaid cotton flannel. The sleeves are puffed and 9 1/2 inches from the neckline to the end. Across the front and back is a 2 inch row of stretchy smocking . This is matched on the sleeves at the bottom with a small ruffle finishing them off. This dress is a size xxs. When laying flat it is 12 inches from pit to pit.
