American Eagle Outiftters red and white vertical striped high-low skirt. Stretchy waistband. Buttons down the front just for aesthetics. Top of skirt is double-lined. Waist to bottom of front of skirt: approx. 14" Waist to bottom of back of skirt: approx. 25" 59% Cotton. 41% Modal. Very comfortable material, light and flowy. Excellent condition. Has a few wrinkles but easily fixed by ironing.
