American Eagle printed cold shoulder dress

Like new condition, I think I just washed this then never wore it lol I’m 5’2 and the hem hits just above my knees. It has this stretchy waist smocked detail to give shape to the body, sleeves are 3/4 length with shoulders cut out. There is also a small keyhole front detail with a button. Wear this with a jean jacket on top and boots, super cute!
