American Rag Cie, black velvet top

This top is fantastic. Worn twice at most! It’s in fantastic condition and would work well casually or formally. This top is reminiscent of Audrey Hepburn and is absolutely fantastic. It would definitely fit a small/extra small, and is an amazing fabric. It was a little bit tight on me around the bust and shoulders, and I’m a 36” bust with 16” wide shoulders. Would absolutely look great with a vintage vibe, or a goth outfit!
