American apparel fal midi skirt with pockets

Bought this on here becuase I just had to have it for fall! Super disappointed it doesn’t fit, Will need a small 23-25 waist for sure to wear this. Also discovered while posting this (since I never did get to wear it) it seems to be missing a button. Can sew a new one on though or wear without
