I am pretty sure this is a small cause I own a small red one that’s identical and. It used to fit me, but now that I’m a 32 inch waist, it doesn’t fit me, therefore I believe it’s a small because the medium would fit me for sure and it just makes more sense! I noticed the size tag was missing, hence this comment, and since it’s that small I will not be able to purchase it sorry I should’ve read the ad unless you wanna go ahead and measure it again and double check if you aren’t 100% sure!
