Amethyst 14 K gold earrings

9 by 7 cm deep purple amethysts earrings. Settings are 14K gold. The stones have a deep purple hue with flashes of midnight blue, violet and magenta under different lighting. There were intended as a family heirloom. Settings were designed based on early 19th century Romanov jewelry.
