This wool sweater is a throwback to 1990s style by the high end sweater retailer Amos & Andes. The wool seems to also have mohair as part of the blend (see closeup of knit). This is a handmade item with the imperfections of a handmade item like visible knots between yarns, uneven tension in the knit, some unevenness in the dye of the wool.
