Andrew Marc Dress Blouse new with tags

This can be worn as a cute mini dress or as a long blouse with leggings. Satin-look with black beaded collar and cuffed sleeves. Buttons midway downs and are hidden. I am 5'9" and this fits just above my knee. Is a size 9 or Medium and fits true to size.
