Animal print a-line tiered dress

Bought this dress in Amsterdam and had glorious visions of wearing it with ankle booties and my leather jacket but then I gained weight and it no longer fits. New without tags. Lined, see pics. Hits at low thigh (I'm 5'5") I'd suggest for sizes 4-8.
