Ann Taylor B&W skirt - Size XS

This black and white skirt ruffles a bit at the hem and has a nice flow. The reverse side of the patterned fabric is black. The waistband is elasticized - see the video for a demo. It is in gently used conditions with no imperfections that I can detect. The hemline falls a bit below the knee.
