Ann Taylor Blush Panel Fringe Skirt

Ann Taylor fun and flowy skirt. There is a double layered black chiffon underskirt. The overskirt is chiffon blush coloured and is made up of two layers of 2" panels. The panels are not attached at the bottom so as you walk, the panels will flow and you will see the black underskirt. (I tried to show it through the video). It's super cute. Black grosgrain ribbon waistband; hidden zipper on the side with hook & eye closure. Style is straight; knee length. Size 8 Measures: approximately 15" waist; 22" length from top of waistband to bottom hem. Shell: 100% polyester Lining: 100 polyester New with tags.
