Chic floral blouse by Ann Taylor with a tie-neck detail. It is sleeveless and has a 1 inch stand up ruffle collar with a tie at the top of a 5 1/2 inch V-neck. Gathered in the front for a nice flowing fit. It is a size small and measures 21 inches from armpit to armpit. It is 25 inches from shoulder to hemline. This top is 100% polyester and is new with original tag and in excellent condition. (15)
