this is a beautiful skirt! It is new or like new, strip is still attached as in last pic. shell 98% cotton 2% spandex lining 100% polyester. dry clean. it's waist is 14.75 it's length is 21.5 and it's hips are 19.5. there is no stretch to the waistband of this skirt.
