Ann Taylor black and white tweed shift dress with frayed hem

This is a black and white tweed shift dress from Ann Taylor. It has zipper and frayed hem detailing. Very cute with black tights or leggings. This is a used garment - there is some minor pilling and the faux leather around the neck and armhole banding has disintegrated. See photos. There is black underneath so I think any remaining bits could be easily removed and no one would be the wiser. Length is 34”.
