Ann Taylor dress fits size 10

In excellent condition. Burgundy coloured lace dress. Marked a size 14 - I’m of the belief this is a GBP size 14, as it fits more like a US 10. Read measurements carefully. When laying flat pit to pit is 18.5”, waist 17”, length 39”.
