Ann Taylor polka dot skirt

Polka dots are super trendy for 2020! This skirt is super flattering and hangs beautifully. Excellent craftsmanship and in like new condition. I am 5’3 and this hits me at my knees. I have a 26” waist and this fits very comfortably with room so I’d say larger than a typical size 0P. Worn only once
