Only length has been permanently adjusted. I’m 5’5 and wore 4in heels. Handmade using a delicate ivory tulle fabric, embroidered with cotton and 3D laser cut flowers and petals, secured with glass beading and shimmering sequins. A full circle skirt drapes from the waist, creating a romantic and timeless shape. Skirt fastens with a zip closure and hook & eye fastening. Easily bustled train with a fabric-covered button.
