Inspired by Anna May Wong and the 1920s art deco scene is this 2014 Fall collection Anna Sui embroidered top with bell sleeves Like nwot Tag says size 2 Laid flat and not doubled sleeve from top of shoulder seam to end is 19inches Bust from seam to seam across (there is an extra panel in the pit for sleeve so not measured p to p) is 14inches Shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back is 13.1 inches Length is 26 inches
