Anne Klein red/black long sleeve dress draped waist long sleeve size 10 new/tags

This elegant women's dress by Anne Klein features a striking black with red floral design accented by solid black along the underarms and down the sides. The waist has gathering on the left side creating a slightly draped look in the front. The front is fully lined in black. This dress is a size 10 and still has its tag attached. There is no material tag?that I can find but it is quite stretchy for that fitted look. The original tag is attached. It is a size 10 and is 39 inches from shoulder to hem. The bust is 36 inches and the waist is 31 inches. The sleeves are 18 inches from shoulder seam to end. (2)
