I find puzzles - new and used, in thrift stores and gift stores - because I love doing puzzles. I assemble each puzzle, photograph and catalogue the completed puzzle and then put it back into its box or bag. The full puzzle photo you see is of the puzzle I have assembled. 2. This means that all puzzles have been opened and assembled. You are purchasing a USED puzzle. I do my absolute best to ensure all the pieces are there. 3. I keep shipping costs as low as possible. I ship to Canada and US. Due to uncertainty with USA tariffs, shipping cost might need to be adjusted - I will contact you if so. All duties are the responsibility of the customer. 4. I cannot guarantee delivery dates - once I ship the puzzle, it's out of my hands. Shipping services will handle it according to their timelines. Generally, it takes about 4-10 business days within Canada, 4-8 business days to US. Sometimes packages are delayed at customs, although that has not been frequent in my experience. 5. I do not offer returns, exchanges or expedited shipping. 6. Most puzzles come in their original box. Boxes are not always in the most presentable state (for the puzzles I buy used I have no control over that). See box photo for details.
