Annie 50 cold shoulder knit top

Made in Canada! Montreal designer. Appears to have tank underneath, but the straps are attached to the top. Cute brown and white polka dot trim and white knit over brown lining. States size large but would recommend for medium (listed as such) Armpit to armpit 17” 22” from top of strap to bottom
