This has happened to me on posh but thanks to posh concierge service...it was reviewed carefully and no negatives were held against me 👍I just started on M and your msg also got me concerned. Not thrilled with the 20% posh fees but I've also scored some great items at great prices here too😊I will follow your lovely closet and let me know if you have any inquiries on mines too. 💕

shopaholicsss hi there! thanks for your message. i'll be honest and say yes, the fees here are higher than their comparable apps. anyone can appreciate earning more of the cut. however from that one bad experience, it really makes me appreciate poshmark's customer service that they have put forth to both sellers and buyers. you'll always hear proponents and opponents for any given situation.

shopaholicsss i rather have protection as both a seller and a buyer and they really have made an effort to improve their service for their users. you actually get a response that's not automated. the other place, all my inquiries have been marked as "resolved." And I've only received automated responses. It's ridiculous. After, all said and done, the percentage here is worth it to me. 👍🏻
