The cutest summer garden party dress. High neckline with frill sleeves. Has belt detail that you can tie into a bow in the front. Has a cute femme style to it. Ruffle hem at the bottom. Pocket on either side. Back has button closure with small keyhole cutout. Unlined. 100% cotton, made in India. Great used condition. Please note in the back there are a few very faint marks/discolourations as shown in close up photos. Hard to notice when worn. Size is XS.
