Anthropologie Blue pleated skirt

Beautiful vibrant blue Anthropologie skirt. Size large, elastic waist band. With tags, never worn. Has just been sitting in my closet. Some small runs in fabric, due to it being satin like material. But not noticeable, only when you closely inspect it.
