Anthropologie Blue tile floral skirt

Beautiful skirt featuring a blue tile and floral pattern, purchased at Anthropologie. It is lined, with a zipped on the side and a slit on the side. It has no stretch. Stunning with a white blouse or tshirt. Fits like a xs-s. About 26" waist and hits just below the waist for me and I'm 5'3".
