Anthropologie Cavatina Bordeaux maxi dress Small

This dress needs to have an owner who will take it out! It’s stunning but it does not fit me anymore. I find that it fits more like a Medium than a small and it is very long. So now that it hangs differently on me, it's too long for me (I'm 5'6"), so one would need to either hem it or be a tall girl to pull it off.
