Hi there--Sorry for the delay in replying. I'm new to Poshmark and I didn't see your questions. The waist measures 28", however it is elasticated and will stretch much farther than that. The length is 28.5 inches. I'm 5'8" and the skirt lands below my knees by about 3 inches.
