does it fit true to size? what kind of condition is the dress in?

@luciaborkowski hi! It does fit as an XS, see measurements in photos. The fabric has a bit of stretch. The dress is fully lined and is in excellent used condition. No stain, snag or hole. Light pilling throughout, due to the polyester fabric.

@luciaborkowski i just added a photo of the fabric content. The fabric is like a soft and light knit.
I would keep it but it’s a bit small for me. I’m more a size small now.
