Anthropologie Dress Cover-up

Dusty rose pink dress cover up. Bought with the intention to use as a swimsuit cover up but don’t have any tropical vacations planned. It’s just been sitting in my closet, I even kept the bag on the hanger so when I did wear it I would remember my splurge and could feel like a rich bougie housewife. One size fits all. More details (material & attempt at measurements as it’s very flowy). There are side slits to show a little leg. The front of the dress is a deep v neck and the back has a strap across the top (to reference in photos). It’s sheer but still modest that it’s not completely see through (see photo with my hand underneath).
