Anthropologie ELAN Beautiful Floral Blouse

Vibrant floral design with a mix of colors. Lightweight and stylish. Ideal for casual outings. So, no material tag but it feels like a light rayon with silk mix. More on the silk side but I cannot confirm that. All I know is it is really nice flowy fabric and easy to steam up. Button up cuffs and a V-Neck with a button up front. Front pocket on left side that has a white line of material across it. That same line is on the shoulders and along the back before the middle pleat. PTP is 22" Length is 30" No fading and in excellent used condition.
