Cute and comfy ruffle front top with 3/4 roll-up sleeves and lovely tailoring from Anthro brand One September. Colour is more navy than it appears in photos, with a nice heathered texture. Stretch rayon with a longer shape and small slits at sides. Cute floral trim at collar and hem. Ruffles are mixed blue and white materials. Size large, smallish fit could work for a medium as well.
