NWOT, Never worn. Pit to pit 19.5 inches but can go up to 22 inches, has stretch due to the plisse fabric, my bust is 42 inches and I felt it still looks good even when stretched a bit. Might even go further but then the buttons might gape. Shoulder to hem 29.5 inches front and 31 inches back.
