Anthropologie Ruffled Ruffle Down V-Neck Top Shirt Blouse

Reposhing this item I purchased from @aria130. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Really love this but I’ve only worn it once. The décolletée is a bit deep for me but the frills are gorgeous and the fabric is comfortable 9/10 condition
