Has an 80s vibe to it, perhaps it’s the plackets down the front? These frame decorative buttons, but the polyester overskirt has a side zip & button closure. Fully lined, in 100% cotton material. Tagged XL but either this was intended for children (I find this hard to believe of an Anthropologie brand that makes womenswear) or it’s Asian sizing to blame.
