It’s got a full a-line skirt and it’s lined. Very pretty liberty print that’s delicate and feminine. It’s a size XS and in excellent condition Measurements Pit to pit 18” Waist 13” but easily stretches to 15” Shoulder to hem 55” All measurements are taken while laying flat and are approximate
