Anthropologie mock sweater vest (fits like a size small)

This is a lovely 2 in 1 attached piece with classy polka dots. Sized xs but fits large, like a small. I have one in navy blue that I wear all the time but don’t reach for the black-and-white one as much and need to make some closet space.
