Anthropologie dress with voluminous skirt

Super fun dress. Well made. Has 3 layers - bright outer layer, “crinoline” style mesh skirt and blue slip. Mesh skirt gives slight body to bottom half (and great for twirling!) Worn three times (all to weddings.. as shown in the photos). Purchased from Anthropologie
